When making a Wooden Dummy there are a few important standard rules to be followed. The first is the angles in which the left and right arms come out from the trunk. The second is the angle in which the leg comes out from the trunk. The third is the flexibility of the crossbars. Besides this the rest depends on your individual body measurements. Just input the data requested on the order form and I will make your Wooden Dummy to custom fit you. If you already have specific measurements you would like me to adhere to please fax or e-mail me very detailed diagrams so your Wooden Dummy(ies) can be made perfectly.

The Light Weight Wooden Tai Ji Sword is custom made also. Please input the data requested on the order form.

Please note that no matter how many Dummies or Tai Ji Swords are ordered each one can be made to a different size upon your request.

Standard Measurements:
Trunk size - approx. 5'1" to 5'2" / 155 to 157.5cm, 8 1/2" to 9" / 21.5 to 23cm diameter.
Arms - 12" / 30.5cm, 2 ½" / 6.5cm tapering to 1 7/8" / 4.8cm.
Leg curved or standard - touching the ground.
Distance from the top of the trunk to the upper arm - 13 ¾" / 35cm.
Distance between upper arm and lower arm - 8 ½" / 21.5cm.
Distance between the lower arm and leg - 15" / 38cm.
Cross Slats - size depends on how much flexibility you want.
