This is a real live dummy. Hit it hard enough and it jumps. Great for practicing the one inch punch!
Strong, flexible and very stable! Just the right amount of movement. I practice on one that has been abused for six years by teachers and students alike and it's still as good as new.

This dummy is free standing but also has the option of being bolted down. Additional support brackets and lower cross post have been added for stronger stability.
Dummy is height adjustable.
